WATER CANVAS BASE / PRIMER

Water Canvas(TM) Base/Primer is a non-greasy, transparent gel made with 81% Microwater, seaweed extracts and silica gel.

APPLICATION:
After cleansing and hydrating the skin, dispense a pearl-sized amount on your fingertip.  Dab the product across your forehead, nose, cheeks, chin, eyelids and your lip line (your neck and decollete are optional) and evenly blend the product.  So lightweight, you won't notice you have anything on and others won't be able to detect it.  Follow with your foundation and makeup application.
