How do I return or exchange a product?

Products purchased at www.vincentlongo.com can be exchanged or returned for a VL Direct credit which can be used either at www.vincentlongo.com or through VL Direct by telephone at 646 530 3652. Exchanges/Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied by a receipt. What can I do if my product arrived damaged/broken?

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at Orderassistance@Vicentlongo.com.

Can I return or exchange my internet purchases at a store?

Unfortunately, you cannot return or exchange merchandise at a retail store location if it was purchased on line at www.vincentlongo.com or through a VL Direct phone order, it can only be returned to us at VL Direct.
