Return Policy

Products purchased at www.vincentlongo.com can be exchanged for product or returned for company credit only. No refunds will be issued for returned products unless products are shipped defective. A VL Direct credit can only be used with a telephone order at VL Direct telephone customer service at 646 530 3652. Exchanges/Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Purchases not made at www.vincentlongo.com must be returned to the retailer where the product was originally purchased.
