Where can I look up my order status?
You will receive an email confirming your order within a few minutes of your purchase. As soon your order is shipped you will receive a second email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

How will I know if my order has been received?
Shortly after you have submitted your order on www.vincentlongo.com , we will send you an email confirming your order.

How do I calculate the shipping rate and time for my order?

Shipping quotes are generated automatically when you enter your address.  You have a choice of two shipping methods:

Standard - $5.98 (arrives within 7-8 business days).

2nd Day Air - $16.95 (arrives within 4-5 business days).  NOTE that orders must be received by 1pm EST to ship second day air.


Sorry, we cannot except orders to PO Boxes or International Orders (including Canada).

Is my credit card information secure?
Protecting your personal information is very important to us. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your online order information as it is transmitted over the Internet, and our site uses Full 128-bit encryption technology.

SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than Vincent Longo, Inc. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower right-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see a closed lock or a unbroken key (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active. (You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https.")

What if I don't feel comfortable providing my credit card information online?
You are welcome to submit your order to VL Direct by telephone on 646 530 3652. Our customer service representatives are available from 9am to 6pm EST.

Do you accept international orders? Yes.
Only by calling 646 530 3652 can we accommodate international orders.

Can I make order changes/cancellations?
