LINER/EYEBROW BRUSH #12

This tiny, compact synthetic brush has multiple uses.  It applies brow powder to increase brow volume. It is a fast way to apply concealer to cover blemishes.  It softens and smudges eye pencil, and it can be used to blend eyeshadow powder into the lash line to add depth and set your eye pencil.
