Eyeshadow

PREPARE Even out skin texture and prepare your eyes for color by applying a dab of concealer to both the upper and lower lids. Then, set the concealer with a light dusting of loose powder
Vincent’s tip: Make sure that the inner corners of the upper and lower eyelids are well powdered.

SHAPE This is the most vital step to creating gorgeous eyes. Apply eyeliner along the upper lash line from the outer corner to the inner corner. Using brush #33 blend the line in an upward and outward direction. Extend the line beyond the lash line. This elongates the eye and creates definition.

HIGHLIGHT Create your base highlighter tone by sweeping the lightest color across the entire lid and up into the arch of your brow.

CONTOUR Using the in-between eye shadow, contour the crease of your eye.

INTENSIFY Give the eye dimension by sweeping the darkest color across the lash line. Apply from the outer corner of the eye inward.

BLEND Using brush #18, blend across the lash line and flare slightly upward toward the outer corner of the eye

BALANCE Lower lashes are key to creating a soft, smoky effect. Apply color to brush # 33 Beginning at the outer corner, stroke lashes vertically until you’ve completed 2/3rds of the lower eye. This ensures that intense color will stay close to the lashes

COMPLETE Before adding mascara, comb your lashes with lash definer brush # 2
Vincent’s tip: Be sure to blend the eye pencil first and then the eye shadow.
