BI BROW POWDER POMADE

Another Vincent Longo first, Bi-Brow Powder Pomade combines brow filling powder and a sheer tinted pomade in a single package.  Designed to contour and shape the brows for a polished, feminine look.

• Powder adheres to brow hairs to build natural volume.
• Non-greasy pomade tames brows and holds them in place all day.

APPLICATION
Dip VL Brush #12 into the powder.  Using short brush strokes begin at the highest point of your brow’s natural arch and move along to the outer tip.  Next, lightly fill-in the inner half of the brow using the same technique. Using VL #10 Brow/Lash Comb, brush the brows to soften the powder and blend it into the brows to increase volume.  Dip your finger into the pomade, gently dab it on the brows and then comb the brows for direction.
